Welcome to "Salty Dawg"! This four bedroom, four bathroom, beachfront home is located in the heart of St. George Island. Within walking distance of many of the restaurants, shops and SGI Lighthouse. The exterior of this home includes plenty of parking both under house and in the gravel driveway. Under the home you will find an area to sit and relax, park style grill, hammock, fish cleaning station, outdoor shower and the laundry room. Going up to the main floor of the home, a wrap around porch with large covered deck over looks the Gulf of Mexico. Entering "Salty Dawg" you are greeted with an open concept living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with white appliances and well stocked with anything you may need during your stay! The dining area features a large glass table that seats eight with an additional four seats found at the breakfast bar in the neighboring kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found on either side of the home. On the East side of the home the twin bedroom (2 single beds) with neighboring bathroom featuring a standard shower/tub combo and the Master Suite with King bed, TV, direct access to the covered deck and en-sute bathroom with walk in shower. On the West side of the home is two Queen suites, both feature queen bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, well appointed kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout main living areas, carpet in bedrooms, large wrap-around covered porch, outdoor fish cleaning sink, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, under house concrete parking, private boardwalk to beach.

For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty.Please note:after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was recieved.

Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer.Please note:Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
